Social Photography – Weddings, portraits, headshots, photo shoots, events and parties.
Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. Copyright ownership of your photos is transferred to you upon full payment under the condition that the digital images taken by Joseph Hall Photography are only for personal use by the client, their friends and relatives. If for any reason the Images are to be sold for profit the client or other relevant users must obtain permission from Joseph Hall Photography.
MODEL RELEASE:
Clients grant Joseph Hall Photography and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs taken by Joseph Hall for self -promotion via Joseph Hall Photography website, Facebook business pages, photography competitions , exhibitions and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction, and to copyright the images. Clients hereby releases Joseph Hall Photography and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
If the photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services requested, Joseph Hall Photography will do everything possible to book a replacement photographer. If a replacement photographer cannot be found in these circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. Joseph Hall Photography has working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images (the digital images are backed up constantly to separate storage media throughout and duplicate equipment is on hand in case of breakage or failure). However, there exists the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed.
BOOKING FEES:
Booking fees are NON-Refundable.
Booking a session will require a NON-Refundable booking fee to secure a shoot date and covers any admin required with taking a booking.
Weddings - 350 Euros
Lifestyle Shoots - 75 euros
Corporate - 30%
